This was an unexpected additional expense and not calculated by the seller However, the item was well packaged and is exactly as described

Not only did they keep in constant contact with us but they also noticed that I naively chose a more expensive method of shipping. They immediately notified us and offered an alternative which we wisely selected . They took upon themselves and immediately gave us a substantial refund. I would definitely recommend them and happily do business with them again
