They looked into it and cancelled the order. Something went wrong at their end, and their communication was not clear. Who knows what happened?! It really doesn't matter, and they refunded my payment promptly after receiving my note asking what was up and investigating. I would try to do business with them again. Thank you!

When received found 13 with cracked screens and 2 good screens rather than listing says 9 with cracked screens and 6 good screens. Contacted seller and he quickly agreed his error and refunded half of all costs. Commendable response. So all's well that ends well. Recommend this seller.
