I contacted the seller but got a quite unsympathetic and BS reply, stating that the marks were in the print and it was how their artist had designed the image to be and that I should have zoomed into the listing image and would have then seen it. On several occasions we offered a full refund if the product was returned as the customer wasn't entirely happy with their purchase. We did not give a BS reply as stated . We take great care over our designs and our customers .
