However, as a used item, it arrived noticeably dirty, which was disappointing. The packaging was also in very poor shape, and unfortunately, it was missing some key accessories that were supposed to be included (specifically, the standard thumbsticks and the D-pad). I reached out to the seller about these issues, but I haven’t received a response
