This was nothing to do with seller it was so well packed. I assume down to post office. I got in touch and sent a photo. The seller immediately said he would send me a replacement. I've received it today superbly packed and arrived safely. Great quality & value for money. The appearance is great & the smell even better. Superb seller. Thankyou so much. You are a credit to eBay. Excellent packaging in a super large box tightly packed inside protected with newspaper and bubble wrap. It came via a courier direct and is in perfect condition as if new. The photos described the mug well and it's good value for money. This matches my original perfectly so I have a pair once more.
