Seller answered my first email over this issue, but did not replied to my second. However the item was as described and was good value, hence buying by post. Motorcycle helmets when sent by post are usually packed with bubble wrap or foam padding for protection but this helmet was in its original box, with a slightly bigger outer box. It has some really neat features within it's ventilation system, and fits great! Unfortunatley, postage took a week to happen, and seller communication regarding Item Not Arrived request was nil.
