I have been doing the made to measure approach since I purchased my first jacket, so once I got my measurements in their system, every subsequent order is made to fit me perfectly. Shipping time is usually about 7 - 10 days to the US. Every time I receive one of their jackets I am blown away by the quality and attention to detail they deliver! Their great!
