With damage, the seller was willing to accept a lower price. I have been looking at this particular necklace for almost a year now. And something about it called out to me. It's a lovely antique. The packaging was lovely. It came secure in bubble wrap in a sheer gift bag inside of a box. This necklace exceeds my expectations. The measurements were perfect and the item is exactly as it was described..

The seller, SalesUSA, could be a little more transparent with shipping costs and not stiff the buyer with an unreasonable amount. All in all the item is as described. Shipping and handling was clearly stated in the listing: "Shipping:US $16.55 delivery in 2–4 days." There were no surprises and the flag was expertly packaged and securely shipped per my Ebay policy with tracking information provided. The buyer made low ball offer for $250. for a very rare political flag from President McKinley inauguration which was listed for $3500...but when I saw his name was McKinley I let him have it for a great deal...thinking he would be thrilled..
