I asked owner for a refund. He said sure send them back. After 6 attempt no DHL, post office, UPS, nor post office can send to his return address. I want a full refund and a return label for all 3. We are based in one of most advanced, largest city in China. Just next to Shang Hai. It is impossible for any carrier have difficulty to send packages to here.
