Received them in USPS envelope (no box). The brake pads didn't look like they were OEM as stated on the ad. I contacted the seller requesting for a return. Seller was very cooperative, but suggested me to speak with his techician. The following Monday, Nick (seller's technician) contacted me, we spoke and agreed for return. Contacted the seller. Shipped the item back for inspection and a replacement was shipped. Seller was in contact all through the process. 4 stars on item description because of 2 valve stem holes.
