Voice coil was packed only in a jiffy bag and was completely flat when received, notified seller and sent picture of item, seller refunded full price including postage. I tried to reshape coil but it did not work as it rubbed sides, posting in a box would have protected more. Positive feedback because of good comms. and refund.

The item I received was not Tungsten Carbide rod as advertised, just some hard steel. But the seller addressed the issue immediately and refunded me fully, shipping cost included. They even refunded me for the customs charges that my local customs office charged me. Excellent communication and willingness to satisfy the customer on their behalf.
