The first package was lost by the post office and I contacted this seller and they got another one in the mail right away and they used a different carrier for shipping just to make sure I got it. Second thing was how well this THIN head gasket was packed to prevent damage. Obviously experienced, responsible shippers. Would use this seller again without hesitation.
