So i have one bolt out of four that are loose. Also the sensor for the seat didnt clip in like its supposed to so that doesnt work anymore. Seat in comfortable, but overall the quality is sub par. I won't be able to take the seat off without cutting the bolt because I can't get the bolt out. I give it a one star

I've seen other charging $45 for shipping and this was free. It arrived 2 weeks early @ xmas time. My old seat rusted out and ripped apart. This seat uses heavy plastic instead of steel which I prefer. I consider this seat better than the original. Looks very nice. Mounting bolts not included. I thought it was too good to be true but it's not. Obviously, RECOMMENDED.

They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day. I’m still waiting for the catch….

Contacted seller and they were very helpful and kind.
