The condition is perfect, the quality is wonderful, it is exactly as appears in the images. We absolutely love the carrier and so does our baby boy! I was surprised when the shipper was UPS but arrived quickly enough. I could have sworn I chose Pearl Grey color but received Graphite Grey unfortunately the confirmation email doesn’t mention the color until it’s done being shipped. Not a huge issue though as I still got the item I wanted. Great pricing as well. Came in original box!
