He is correct, the description did say a qty of 10. Which we acknowledged was a mistake although the price reflected 1 unit. We offered a 50% refund to reflect his "valuation" of the product. He refused. Demanded more units or nothing. Even asked for a full refund intending to keep the product. We refused. In the end we paid return shipping and will be issuing a full refund. Still left Neg comm:)
