He was also local to me and quickly allowed me to pick up locally and save me shipping fees. When I picked up the used part he demonstrated it was functional as I expressed concern in one of our emails. He also gave me some advice and was willing to help out if I could send him pictures of my furnace. The seller went above and beyond just selling me a product. I would definitely buy from him again.
