Tool fits ABS bleeder nipple properly. Once you have loosened your 20 year old rusty seized bleeder nipple (that has never been loosened since the factory) then you use this tool to loosen, bleed and tighten back up the nipple. I doubt very much the factory tool was designed to be a breaker bar too.

Maybe steel or stainless steel. This would not break this bleeder screw loose without breaking this tool.I had to purchase a 3/8" drive square shallow socket to break it loose with a long handle 3/8" drive ratchet.I soaked it 2 days with PB Blaster and it was still tight as heck. Once broken loose and working it back and forth to get it working like it should.Then use the T-Wrench tool which then worked great.
