Most reviews positive, but shipping costs ($60) seemed high; since vendor uses your packing materials for the return. Contacted USPS myself and was quoted cost about half of what was being charged. Vendor agreed to cost reduction and partial refund. Repair and turnaround was very quick and cluster now works perfectly. Vendor communication was responsive but not really proactive.
