Buyer claimed poster fell off but the ticket and receipt were put inside the poster. If the poster had fell the receipt would have fallen with it and you can see them inside the tube in the photo. The packaging was extremely safe and this is a false claim with the intention to get money back, buyer backed out because they got caught.
