After receiving the product i had a question and they responded within a couple hours yes not days which is almost unheard of these days. Shipped as they said it would very fast i was impressed alot of sales these days say it will arrive by a certain day and it doesn't. The packaging was also first class, i was also impressed on that, box wasn't damaged either. They were spot on!
