    Well they were very responsive for my questions. After receiving the product i had a question and they responded within a couple hours yes not days which is almost unheard of these days. Shipped as they said it would very fast i was impressed alot of sales these days say it will arrive by a certain day and it doesn't. The packaging was also first class, i was also impressed on that, box wasn't damaged either. They were spot on!

    Sent them an email asking about shipping and to be sure the springs were indeed in stock. They emailed me back right away and confirmed they had them ready to ship. So I ordered them on a Wednesday night and had them by Friday afternoon! Awesome customer service!
