They have frequently been listing items for sale that they don't actually have. When I agreed to cancel the order they claim with ebay that I chose to cancel, that's not what happened/ they don't have the item they listed. This was a time sensitive order and I have now lost 3 valuable days. I'm not happy with this seller, will not purchase with them again.

I asked if they can process order straight away because we are in desperate need to get it on time or sooner. There was no option for fast shipping. I never heard back. Not only did it not arrive in the time they were meant to deliver it, it arrived a few days late. So disappointing!
