Seems they send out wrong items pretty regularly-see reviews. Was never offered an apology, a simple “sorry for the mistake” but “I’ll look into what happened” what happened is I bought from an irresponsible ebayer. Their “mission statement” about caring about every order is obviously not true. Please learn from my bad experience.
