His service was exemplary - the post office failed. I would give this seller 5 stars - even though I never received the product.

Item was shipped in a padded envelope, which I don't believe was sufficient. The decorative packaging did not arrive in perfect condition (I consider it a collectible)- I would have paid more to have the item shipped in a box.
