The main problem, which isn't necessarily the fault of the seller, is that the added costs of purchasing cards outside of the US needs to have a clearer warning. I paid an additional 40% over my purchase price at time of delivery for import fees. I would never have negotiated for this card if I had known of the add on fees I would pay at delivery.
