My first hook was faulty. Seller replied & rectified my issue swiftly & professionally. I probably wouldn't by this brand of hook again (personal preference). But I would definitely buy from this Seller again & would happily recommend.

The wool arrived vacuumed packed, and the packaging was in good condition. I ordered this colour before and the appearance is like for like on sellers page. This seller dispatched the item on time but royal mail unfortunately didn't deliver until the day after the expected date. I wasn't desperate but royal mail are not as reliable as they used to be.
