They worked with me on an order adjustment, which was their helpful idea. The delivery was prompt, and the lens cap is very well made. I highly recommend this cap to anyone wishing to protect a large, telephoto, prime-aperture lens. Their caps are far more useful in the field and lighter than the typical lens hood Nikon provides. It stays in place while moving around and provides great protection when the hood is reversed. Customer service A+!
