I contacted them after delivery regarding the order and expressed my concern about the model number I received compared to what I expected. Very helpful customer support person talked me off the ledge and assured me that I had received the correct part. Company also informed me that I can return the “core” for a refund which is great! Very easy to install with YOUTUBE instructions and video!

Good communication, with great instructions on how to remove, pack, and ship the radio. Once Radio arrived at their business, they notified me, fixed it, tested it, and shipped it back within a day or two. Radio works great, and my daughter is super happy to have her navigation, and Apple CarPlay is working properly. Thanks for the great experience.
