The customer was offered the opportunity to return them but had already painted illustrations on them so were unreturnable. Customer did not mention any damage to us on delivery during correspondence, and this is unlikely due to the extensive protective packaging we use on all our items. We are sorry that the item did not meet this customer's expectations but were unable to offer any resolution.
