They replied back and told me that they use a laser engraver, and asked if that would be good. After agreeing to that, they asked how far to space the designs. That was it. VERY easy to work with, they understood exactly what I was asking for. Belt came in today and it's amazing. Simply amazing. I could not be any happier. Thanks for an awesome buying experience. Highly recommend.

The material appears to be good quality and in new condition. However the appearance is not as advertised. After receiving my item I was dissatisfied in that in didn’t look anything like the picture. I contacted twice, explained my concern and asked if it could be fixed. I got nothing. I am ready for a refund.
