I live 30+ miles from the nearest bike shop and since not hard pressed to get the dropper post working properly I saved some money by ordering the bleed kit. Reached out to the bleed zone team and the responded immediately. I don’t care if something is broken, things like this are out of peoples control. I only care about getting guidance on a solution. Libbi got a replacement sent right out and even sent a spare for my troubles. I can’t ask for more. great job from a great company with great people!
