The US postal service, they dropped the ball handling the delivery, thank god for tracking numbers, when I informed the seller of the shipping issue they were very prompt in replying to my situation and said they would send another package if the USPS didn’t take care of the problem, it’s refreshing to see people care!

My only "red" flag was the lack of manufacture's packaging and label, but seller informed me this was a bulk item purchased from an American company, Stellar Group out of Ohio. Aside from that, the spring came well packaged. Only time and use will tell how good the quality is. I'd buy from this seller again. Hope this helps. Cheers

However, I leave a positive review because of the customer service I received from this vendor. They responded to my emails within the same day or the next. They took the information I gave them and offered suggestions to help me. In the end, they took the part back and refunded me the cost of the part! This is customer service!. 6L80 DRUM 1234 & 3-5 REVERSE CLUTCH 8 5/16" OD 4.55" w/Bushing NEW (N° 325266114496)
