The item never showed up or was delivered to my address. Seller has basically ignored this customer. Very disappointed, no verification offered by the seller as to where the item was delivered to, because it wasn't to me, and because Canada Post or the postal carriers have never made mistakes.

With this transaction first guard arrived damaged. They shipped a replacement right away. Very responsive to emails also. Please understand shipping is a little slower because international but it’s not unreasonable at all. Highly recommend!!!!

Buyers should be aware, it can take a looooooooooooong time to arrive. Seller is a quality merchant, and when my guard did not arrive as expected, she was quite willing to refund me. The guard finally arrived unexpectedly (about 2 weeks later than estimated), I was more happy to allow her to charge my account again, because the guard is high quality. No problem ordering again, but will plan to wait a bit. Nice quality pickguard.
