I had messages with you prior to cancelling your order to inform you that I was unfortunately unable to post to your location, due to the postage cost with the weight of the boots and insurance on the parcel, as parcels have previously gone missing when posted abroad. I once again apologise if this isn't satisfactory to you.

It also took a few days longer to arrive than another separate EBay purchase that arrived faster via regular Royal Mail. Also, at the risk of sounding too grumpy, package was so overly & tightly sellotaped that it required very careful use of scissors to open - risking damaging the scarf that I knew was inside.
