It was USPS for not caring about other customers stuff. So I emailed EOS about what had happened. They quickly responded and sent me a new set. Great communication and excellent customer service. They offered a $50 refund for my troubles, but I chose to return it, as I wanted that specific design. They issued a return label, I sent it back, and they refunded me in advance before the package arrived with them, by just sending a photo of when the delivery would happen. They offered great communication. The quality of the part was very good as well; the dry carbon mold was solid.
