I asked him to solve the dilemma and sent him pictures of the product. He insists that the pictures are not clear. He is wasting time. 4 messages from him (very polite but useless )and in all of them he asks me for clearer pictures or from a different angle. Absolutely unserious seller.

Asking correct return paper work was not responded and there fore i disposed the item and lost over £100.00 I wouldnt use this seller again

Answer (no) not if they send out product like this.

However, Argos took five days to send me the pick up code. Even after seller sent me photo proof that it had arrived and the exact time stamp. I told them (Argos) to look in Sainsbury's store room (the shop is in a Sainsbury's store) and they still couldn't find it. Just about to give up and they found it.
