When the mike is plugged into the radio, the cover does not fit correctly and is tilted. You (need to) make a slot on the bottom front left side to accommodate a mike cable; I am not going to unplug my mike each time I want to use the cover. If you make a small simple U shape grove in the design to allow for the mike plug / cable.... you will be good. I probably will just use a razor knife to fix.
