The Olympus C-5050 Zoom lens sports an optical viewfinder allowing you to position the camera close to your face for a steady shot. The Olympus C-5050 also offers a multi-position LCD viewing screen, allowing photographers to take shots with their arm extended. The pivoting feature of the 1.8-inch screen helps users to take high-quality shots even when maneuvering around obstacles. The digital camera's pop-up flash and auto-focus lamp allow you to take sharp images in low-light conditions. The Olympus C-5050 Zoom flash can be set to Automatic, No Flash, or Always Flash. Photographers will also appreciate the durability of this camera, which boasts a sturdy magnesium body that holds up even in extreme environments. Olympus Camedia 5050 Zoom digital cameras are rated for wintry weather, withstanding temperatures as low as 32 degrees Fahrenheit. At the opposite end of the climate spectrum, Camedia 5050 cameras can withstand temperatures as hot as 104 degrees. The setting dial on Olympus C5050 Zoom cameras offers numerous options. For convenience, the Olympus Camedia comes with five preset "Scene" modes to produce the best image quality for any situation. Portrait mode produces intimate images of the human form. Sports mode adjusts f-stop and shutter speed to freeze the action. Landscape Portrait mode showcases the depth of field by focusing on crisp faces against a softer focused background. Landscape mode takes in the beauty of a sweeping scene. Night mode gets great results in low-light conditions. In addition to the presets, users can adjust white balance and other features. In aperture priority, the camera selects the best shutter speed based on your choice of aperture from F1.8 to F8 in wide angle and F2.6 to F8 in telephoto. In shutter priority, the digital camera sets the ideal aperture based on your shutter selection, from 4 to 1/1000 sec. Macro and super macro settings allow you to take stunning close-ups. There is also a manual setting for those who want to adjust shutter speed, film speed, and aperture size. A custom setting allows you to save your own specific combination of zoom, ISO sensitivity, contrast, color, image quality, and audio. A generous Olympus accessories package means you're ready to start creating memories right out of the box. The C-5050 Zoom comes with a 32 MB XD-picture memory card, allowing you to store 32 high-quality photos or up to 300 web-quality RAW, TIFF, or JPEG images. The included USB cable allows you to connect the camera to either a PC or a Mac to view and download images and video. A video cable allows you to connect to a TV. The carrier strap keeps the camera secured around your neck or over your shoulder. The included remote control allows you to take self-portraits or group shots without having to set a timer and run. The camera also includes four AA nickel-metal hydride batteries and a battery charger to keep you powered up. A CD-ROM with Camedia software can be used on a Mac with OS 8, OS 9, or OS X or on a PC with Windows 2000, 98SE, ME, or XP. The photo editing program allows you to organize your shots as well as resize or crop them and adjust color and contrast.

    The device arrived in impeccable shape, the closest to new that I've ever seen with a Jornada. It was packaged with great care and worked straight out of the box. The seller also included a free gift, including a battery, a stylus and a CompactFlash card to get the device going. With a battery to work on, I was able to re-cell the unit, and it now works better than new. All told, this was an incredible deal for 200 bucks, and I strongly recommend working with this seller, they are awesome!!!
