This Pu erh tea has been ground and compressed into pellets similar to rabbit food. When steeped, it has a beautiful reddish brown color and an interesting bouquet similar to alfalfa. Unfortunately, it also tastes like wet hay and not at all like a quality Tea. I am very fond of Shu "cooked" Pu erh tea, but I an NOT FOND of this one.
