I contacted the seller and they shipped me a new winch in a very timely manner. They were easy yo work with, and had top notch customer service. There's a reason why they're $300 for a pair of them. I would definitely recommend getting a set. Only issue that I had and I can't necessarily blame the seller but it took I believe 7 days to reach me and it wasn't coming from very far,but other than that shipping would be a little quicker be perfect
