I asked the seller for a refund and instead of refunding my money right away and resolving the issue in 5 minutes, I was made to spend time and money to print a label, drive to the post office, and send the broken pair of glasses back. This is the worst kind of eBay seller to deal with. Not sure why you wanted to keep broken glasses or expected something for free. When I received the glasses back they were not in a box and were twisted and damaged in a manner that was unusable and untestable.
