The price is a bit less than others are asking so I feel it’s a good deal. Shipping took a little longer than I expected but I did not pay for expedited shipping. It caused me no issues so I’m still happy with this seller and this product. I will certainly buy from this seller again

The photo in the listing shows a red reel but the one I received is black. I don't believe the red ones are available new any more, so it's ok, but the ad is misleading -- update the photo. Appearance is as expected otherwise. Daiwa quality and value are typically good and this reel is no exception at this price point.

They stepped up and sent me the missing parts ASAP. They responded better and faster than the manufacturer did (still waiting on a response from Penn). Would highly recommend these guys.
