    Was so excited to finally find a real glass neon! Neon fit the box perfectly & was very well wrapped by the seller!! But the item came cracked & I was heart broken!! It most likely due to UPS not handling a fragile item carefully... Seller was quick to respond & acted swiftly. Very sad things happened the way they did, but seller was great to work with. Would buy again from them & hope for better results.
