    Legendary packaging, clean laptop better condition than expected, transaction was fast. Did not need to speak to seller, but I am sure they are professional.     Overall I am very happy with this purchase and I feel the laptop is at great value for the product. If you are looking for quick shipping that was not my experience as it was about a week before it shipped, one big plus though was how well the laptop was wrapped and packaged. I appreciate how the seller has all the details about the laptop in the description, including part conditions and specifications.
