Upon receipt of item, noticed the seal on the box was not intact. Also noticed adhesive plastic tape which is not used by Playmobil. I removed the plastic tape and confirmed that not only this was a previously opened used item, but it was also incomplete and missing pieces. Be wary of this seller, as they refused to immediately provide a refund.
