When I reached out about the broken cups, they responded and quickly refunded the cost of those items. One has a slightly smaller/tippy base, but that is not due to anything from the seller and not a show-stopper. Communication was solid and they got here quickly. Packing was outstanding--no way these were getting broken! All-in-all, a great transaction with zero issues.
