I've ordered from them more than once and have always been happy with the price, quality, packaging, condition, appearance, etc.. My last order was lost, because of UPS, not this vendor but when I explained the situation, rather than spend any more time filing a claim, they immediately refunded me in full & apologized for the inconvenience. And the order wasn't small either. That is 1st class service and attention to detail rarely seen in todays world. A+++
