Seller corrected issue but only after opening case with eBay. They were quick to respond to that, and issue a refund on condition to close the case... but it shouldn't have to even go that far. Instead they could have responded to just one of the three inquiries over a 10 day period before the case was opened.

Sneaky way to get the algorithm to see that they shipped "right away", but took their sweet time actually getting it sent. On the up side, the item was exactly as described and packaged well.
