He also failed to set up combined shipping. While it cannot be proven, it is suspected that he collects excess shipping charges as profit when bidders fail to request refunds. He attempted to reach me by phone after I called him on this. I did not wish to listen to his excuses. Many eBay sellers have cheap start bids and then add high shipping costs to make up for those low prices.
