Great communication throughout, posted item promptly and the postage was a fair price. The packaging was amazing, so much consideration went in, so the item could not be damaged in transit. Only criticism is products were sent in a huge box with lots and lots of packaging. Over packaging is not particularly environmentally friendly both from an initial packaging point of view, but also the need to dispose of the packaging afterwards - perhaps that could be considered.
